Why I keep this guy around

My husband is a great cook and, even though he isn't vegetarian, has done an amazing job of learning awesome recipes for me to enjoy:

Brussel sprout gratin on toasted olive bread with a side salad and Ommegang Tripel Perfection to drink. Yum yum!
